HotelBeds acquisice ufficialmente GTA

HotelBeds dopo l'acquisizione di Tourico Holidays ha oggi comunicato ufficialmente tramite una noto inviata via e-mail ai suoi partner l'acquisizione di GTA all'interno del proprio gruppo.
Ecco la nota inviata ai partner via e-mail con i dettagli dell'operazione:

"HOTELBEDS GROUP COMPLETES DEAL FOR GTA

Dear valued partner,

We are very pleased to confirm that as of today, GTA is now officially part of Hotelbeds Group – following the closure of all the customary regulatory and legal procedures.

We believe that GTA joining our family will be a key element in realizing our ambition of becoming the very best industry partner for you – providing you with access to the very best team, products and data insights combined with an innovative technology offering.

This news follows our announcement back in June that Tourico Holidays has also joined Hotelbeds Group. Since then we have been working hard planning the integration of Tourico Holidays with our business. That work will continue on a three way basis as a result of today’s news.

A transformative change such as this will naturally take time to complete fully and will therefore be managed in a phased approach over the coming 18 months. For the moment, it is business as usual and your existing contract with Hotelbeds Group (and any contracts you may have with GTA or Tourico Holidays) remain in place and valid.

Over the coming months we will provide frequent updates on how our integration is progressing and what this means for you, our valued partner.
